Odpoveď na hodnotenie "I am very sorry for the mishap!! I booked my ride at midnight. Then my bus moved its schedule earlier but I got to know it only when I woke up at 6:00 am. I tried to contact you and I finally canceled the ride after I checked that you had more empty seats available, so my cancellation would have not impacted the decision of other potential passengers. I think after the cancellation my messages were automatically deleted."
