Odpoveď na hodnotenie "Your business runs in the domain of service industry. This makes you open to reviews of that service. In the past, when service met the description I paid for, I reviewed companies, yours included, positively. In this unfortunate case, as well as in your response here, it is clear there are some gross misunderstandings what 'service' means. ...and no, my 'hobby' is not reviewing companies in a bad light...only those for which I feel customers need to be warned about. "
