Fenntarthatom az egyéni árszabás jogát az oszkáron, pláne ha kérésedre megváltoztatom az érkezésed helyszínét? Igen.
Tisztában voltál az utazás részleteivel mikor jelentkeztél? Úgy tűnik nem igazán, de ez nem az én hiányosságom.

Odpoveď na hodnotenie "I'm sorry that you couldn't make it, but I am more sad about the fact that you held up 3(!!!) other people in the freezing weather, as we were waiting for you, like half an hour, without you giving any info about what happened or why aren't you here. One passenger along with me, even went around the train station several times asking around people, like some idiots, in hopes to find you by chance. At last, after like ~20mins of the designated time of deprature, you contacted me via email (thank God, I have mobile internet access...) and even then(!!!), you weren't clear about the fact, that you are coming at last, or not. Your following messages were similar, except for the last, which you finally stated in, that you went back to Keleti train station, to board the train, you already had ticket to. Sorry but you were not fair, even by the slightest, since you were able to communicate your info after all. If you book a travel in this kind of service, and you can't make it, the minimum action to take first would be to inform your driver that you ain't coming along. Not approved, downvoted and blocked so this kind of stuff never gonna happen between us ever again. Safe travels..."
