I am sorry to hear that me pointing out (completely politely) that you are 3 out of 4 times late is inconvenient for me is considered as a rude attitude. I appreciate the 10% extra for compensation, but it was not necessary at all, which I also stated in the car, that I give back the extra, as it is really not the money but the fact that I am travelling with a set timeline. Regarding this extra please note that, without any remarks to me whatsoever you just transferred the amount, meanwhile I was still driving, while at the end of our journey you just jumped out of the car.
